Once upon a lunch hour, Dennis Pharmacy served the kind of cheeseburger people remembered long after the counter was gone.
Local lore even holds that this humble Key West burger helped inspire Jimmy Buffett’s “Cheeseburger in Paradise.” We can’t prove the tale—but it has been passed around the island for years, and it deserves a place in the story.
